A collaborative Saturday afternoon shoot with Buddy Malbasias. Buddy is a Brisbane based independent dance artist. Through this shoot I wanted to explore expression and movement framed by solitude. Wearing the gorgeous blazer and skirt designed by his brother Aeron Maevin, we were able to take my prompt concept further to combine expressions of masculinity and femininity in a way that felt effortless.
